The new buildings along Geissbergstrasse form the eastern end of the village Wolfhausen, adjacent to the open agricultural zone. Like the listed residential building in the middle of the plot, the detached houses and the semi-detached house are arranged on the eaves side facing the street. They form a new, striking façade facing the street with the same ridge and eaves heights. The lower existing house is detached from the alignment of the new buildings and is set back and angled away from the street, thus strengthening its significance. Parallel to the northern boundary of the plot, the apartment building with six residential units forms the backbone and a courtyard situation to the detached houses. The new buildings nestle into the site in terms of their design and at the same time testify to a translation into the contemporary. In terms of color, the apartment building and the detached houses have the same gray-blue appearance. The semi-detached house, on the other hand, is designed in light beige tones. The new buildings, which are identical in terms of material and construction, form an overall appearance, with the semi-detached house forming an ensemble with the existing building by means of color differentiation. Garden walls between the private outdoor areas and pergolas structure the front gardens of the detached houses and create a uniform appearance towards Geissbergstrasse.
